Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any events outside of our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded.
Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable or refused, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
